Joe Rorke

Founder and President of EPIC Restoration Services Inc, Joe is also an experienced Estimator, Project Manager, and Large Loss Specialist with over 35 years’ experience in the insurance restoration industry. He is accredited and holds many industry certifications.
Jean Drolet
CPA, CMA
Jean has over 25 years of accounting experience and over 12 years in the construction industry, including construction management, real estate development and construction, electrical contracting, and restoration. Jean oversees financial operations, ensuring the company’s stability and growth.
Blaine Booth
Director of Sales & Marketing
Blaine has over 30 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, with a strong focus on developing and nurturing business relationships. He firmly believes that trust is the foundation of all successful business interactions. A Business & Marketing university graduate and holder of a Level 1 General Insurance certificate, Blaine has been part of the insurance and restoration industry since 2015. His expertise in business development and client relations makes him a valuable asset in this customer-driven field.

Jim has a strong background in both project management and hands-on construction, making him highly knowledgeable in insurance restoration projects. His expertise in water damage restoration, microbial remediation, and municipal codes gives him a well-rounded skill set for handling complex claims and rebuilding efforts.

His precision, industry knowledge, and dedication to client satisfaction make him a respected leader in the restoration industry.
Kevin McIver
Operations/Project Coordinator
With 20 years of finishing construction experience, Kevin has spent much of his career leading and managing construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Kevin has extensive experience in project coordination, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource management to drive successful project outcomes. In his operations role, he focuses on process improvement, workflow optimization, and strategic planning to enhance efficiency and project delivery. His strong understanding of construction processes, logistics, and attention to detail make him a key player in delivering high-quality results. Kevin has been with EPIC for over 8 years and is a valued team member.
